Vacancy: Customer Service Specialist (Full-time)

What will you be doing?As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will help them with questions about our products, assist with orders, and ensure an excellent experience. You are a good listener and think in terms of solutions, so that every customer feels heard and helped.

Vacancy: Community Manager & Experience Advisor (Part-time/Full-time)

What will you be doing?

As Community Manager & Experience Advisor, you are the link between Comfisox and our customers. You maintain contact with our target group via social media, email, and events. You collect feedback about our products and translate this into concrete recommendations for our team. In addition, you support customers who are looking for personal advice and help them find the right solutions.

What are we looking for?

• You have an affinity with the challenges of our target group (e.g., experience with compression socks, obesity, or medical aids).
• You have strong communication skills and empathy.
• You have experience managing social media and building an online community.
• You are a creative thinker who likes to contribute ideas on how we can help our customers even better.
  
• Basic knowledge of health and well-being is an advantage.
