Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your package. You can also view this on our Track & Trace page.

Processing and delivery time

We ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after receipt. During holidays or weekends, processing may take longer.

After shipment, delivery takes 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to external factors. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Please check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.

You have up to 30 days after receipt to return your order, provided that the socks have only been tried on, not worn or washed.

Order Processing & Cancellations
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. For that reason, all orders are processed automatically after payment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot cancel or make changes, as your order will already be in progress.
To keep prices fair for all our customers, returns are at your own expense. Our return centre is located overseas.
