1. General Questions

What is Comfisox's return policy?

At Comfisox, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the socks have only been tried on and have not been worn or washed. Please refer to our full return policy for details.

How can I return or exchange an order?

Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt to register your return or exchange. Pack the product in its original packaging and send it back using a traceable shipping method. You can find more information under our return policy.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to track your package via our Track & Trace page.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please email our customer service as soon as possible if you have any address changes. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.

What makes Comfisox different from normal socks?

Our socks are specially designed for people with obesity and offer a unique combination of extra stretch, improved blood circulation, and reduced swelling. They are stylish, comfortable, and easy to put on.

How do I choose the right size?

3. Order & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is then 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, unfortunately, changes cannot be made.

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home, the delivery person will usually leave a note with instructions for a second delivery or for picking up your package at a pickup point.

4. Returns & Exchanges

How much time do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to register your return.

What are the costs for returning an item?

Return costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, please contact our customer service within 30 days to request an exchange.

How long will it take to get my money back?

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

5. Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service if you have any problems with your product.

What is covered by the warranty?

Manufacturing defects and faults are covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are not covered.
